Wow! My story is so similar to yours! I used to steer clear of it, but only because I was scared. Then I started reading in 5th grade ( my 'first year') and was addicted, but I was proud. I've also read them three times but I try to take a year to read the whole series in a desperate attempt to make them last longer. In the summer from eighth to ninth grade (2011) when DH part II came out I was excited as well. And I can't wait to read them a fourth time

I think you "hit the nail on the head" with that one, getting right to the heart of the Potter series and focusing on what J.K. Rowling has achieved here - well done!
I think we all are going to miss the series, hence this website :)) But with great posts like yours, and the others we've received so far, I think it's a safe bet that Harry Potter and friends will live on for some time yet.
